Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time of my order? 
Your order will most of the time be ready for shipment within 2 weeks (processing time). If we are able not to make it, you will be notified by e-mail. Shipments have an average delivery time of 4-5 working days (except  holidays). Total delivery time: up to 3 weeks. SuperStorageBox is not responsible for any delays during the transport.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fee for most orders (EU, UK, USA) is 100 eur/usd.
Shipping costs for other countries can be viewed in shopping cart during checkout.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-2 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

How is my order going to be delivered?
All the orders will be delivered from Monday till Saturday.

What is the process if I’m not home  during the delivery ?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the deliverer leaves a message and comes back another time. When you’re still not at home at the second delivery the deliverer will drop the package at a post office nearby. You can then pick up personally.
